Dr. Charles Ager, an expert in the mining industry, utilizes advanced technology such as satellite imagery, electron microscope, and geochemistry to assess a mineral’s economic potential. This can then be used to supply an early calculation of the economic ability and size of a target.

Charles Ager has also been involved with corporations, both as an executive and founder. One of his active involvements is with Nanominerals Corporation (NMC), along with ABM Mining Group, and Ager Group of Geotechnical Companies.

NMC is a company that uses nanotechnology to explore a new kind of ore deposit called nanomineral deposits. It has been developing studies on this type of deposits through nano-exploration and nano-metallurgy. As the company’s current chairman, Ager coordinates with executives and employees based in other branches that include Surrey, B.C., Las Vegas, Nevada, and Canada. NMC also works with affiliates in the United Kingdom.

Before he founded Nanominerals Corp, Charles Ager was ABM Mining Group’s co-establisher and chairman of the board. While at ABM, he built a massive producing gold mine and found two large gold deposits in the Mother Lode in California.

Prior to ABM Mining Group, Ager was the founder and president of the Ager Group of Geotechnical Companies. This was where he managed monetary and technical portions of several discovery and expansion projects in the Far East, Africa, Canada, and the United States.

Kevin Lynch is the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Adobe.

Before joining Adobe, Lynch held various positions at Macromedia, Inc. As the Chief Software Architect and President for Product Development, he masterminded the conception of a mobile and devices group. As General Manager, Lynch supervised the creation and development of one of the world’s leading web development products, the Macromedia Dreamweaver.

Before joining Macromedia in 1996, Lynch worked for General Magic, where he created a navigational interface designed for hand-held communicators. Lynch also came up with a user interface and then worked on Macintosh’s release of the FrameMaker software for Frame Technology.

A University of Illinois graduate, Lynch studied Interactive Computer Graphics and coordinated with the university’s Electronic Visualization Laboratory scientists and engineers. Lynch later on developed early applications for Macintosh like a desktop publishing program using today’s interface elements.

Lynch, often described as a Harry Potter look-alike, has three patents to his name and a couple more still pending. And if you’re wondering how Adobe came up with the Portable Document Format (PDF), Lynch is the right person to ask since he is responsible for its development.

In a recent interview, Lynch admitted his penchant for mobiles and that Adobe is currently working on a project for integrating Flash into mobiles.
